Will I receive a receipt for my sold items?

You will receive a purchase receipt from our trained drivers after the deal is complete. The purchase receipt will be sent to your specified email at the point of booking the collection. The purchase receipt will include an image of your products, the products sold including the individual prices and the signed agreement between yourself and Level Up Gaming ltd.

Most times the product model number is printed at the back of the device. If this cannot be found, you can copy the serial number into your browser or compare your product with similar products online.

We advise on contacting your local council to give advice on the best method to recycle your product.

It is illegal to sell counterfeit products. We would not accept any counterfeit products.

We do not purchase any stolen products. We check all products prior to purchasing against a crime protection database. The database will highlight items which highlighted as stolen or barred.

Of course not! Our collection service is free of charge.

We would like to attain a complete set of leads. For example, with a console we would require a AV/HDMI lead with a complete set of power leads.

We can purchase your console without a memory unit. Please bear in mind this will impact the quote you are given.

Simply place your items in one bag. If you have multiple items for example a console with 20 games and 4 controllers. Keep the console with a HDMI lead and power supply unit into one bag, the controllers in another bag and games in one bag. Please make sure the items are cleaned and factory reset.

We may still offer you a quotation, depending on other factors. Please refer to our sell broken consoles for more information.

Please check on the manufacture’s website for tutorials on how to remove all data from your device. This is very important and for sure we can help you do this at the point of purchasing your items.

This varies for each item; we try to be as minimalistic as possible. For games consoles we require the power leads, one genuine controller and HDMI lead. For handheld devices such as Nintendo switches we will require the power leads, joy cons, docking station, HDMI lead and wrist straps.
For smart watches, tablets and mobile phones we will require the power lead and plug.

We would not buy your device from you if it’s blocked. You would need to contact your service provider to investigate into why your item was blacklisted.

Although we do recommend selling your items as soon as possible, we understand you have a busy schedule and other commitments. We therefore allow you too book your collection 2 weeks ahead of schedule. We will promise to pay you price offered regardless of how the market changes.

If you notice, you have incorrectly been quoted for the wrong product please do contact our customer support team. And not to worry this will be confirmed at point of collection, so you will receive a quote for the exact product. Furthermore, our trained drivers will make any adjustments if there are any deemed necessary.

We remove any external hard drives from all devices and factory reset prior to testing which follows government guidelines on data protection. However please do contact our customer support team for further assistance.
