I need help with my tracking ID.

  • Please check you tracking number is correctly entered.
  • Your tracking ID may become active within your booking time frame.
  • Check your email for the tracking ID and confirm if you require your surname and postcode to track your collection.
  • You will find the tracking ID in your chosen email upon booking your collection.
  • If you have mistakenly deleted your email containing your tracking ID, check your deleted mailbox.
  • Select the contact us page and let us know you have lost the tracking ID. We will resend the tracking ID to you.

Please note you may require a combination of your tracking ID, surname, and postcode to track the progress of your driver. All details will be present in your chosen email upon booking.

When using our service, you will be able to see the exact live location of your driver. Your driver will send you live updates via your custom tracking ID which is valid until your items are collected. We have tried our best to make our service easy to use. However, we understand sometimes it may be slightly confusing and therefore below we have made our tracking status’s explainable. Please note the tracking status will be the most up to date on the system, what you see is the same for us also.

  • Info received- Collection request has been received to pick up your items.
  • Scheduled- A collection date has been arranged for items to be collected from the seller. Expected collection date or collect by date will be shown if the information is available.
  • In Progress- A driver has been dispatched to collect the items. Generally, the driver will collect on the same day or within the next few days.
  • Completed- The items have been successfully collected from the intended seller or from a person within the same household / facility.
  • Partially Completed- Some parts / items have not been successfully collected due to some reasons.
  • Failed- The items were not collected due to some reasons.
  • All completed collections will require a signature from the customer. You will receive a breakdown of the sale via email confirming the sale with the customers signature on the document. Please check the signature and identify whether you can identify the name of the person who fulfilled the sale.
  • Check with anyone at home if they accepted the collection
  • Check with your colleagues if your collection was addressed at your work location to see if anyone may have accepted the deal on your behalf.
  • Please check the booking has the correct address.
