obligations for such contributions. These actions are undertaken within the framework of relevant
legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which governs consumer rights and remedies.
In cases where customers are approached for re-payment contributions and do not respond or express
disagreement, Level Up Gaming retains the right to initiate further legal actions. Such actions may
include, but are not limited to, the engagement of debt collection agencies on behalf of Level Up
Gaming. Customers are informed that they will bear any additional fees associated with the deployment of
debt collection agencies.
