We want you to know the product you receive has been thoroughly tested, cleaned following covid 19 guidelines, and packaged to a very high quality. But sometimes we know items may have a slight issue and therefore we would like to outline our return policies.

Refund period

We do allow you to return your items within reason. We offer you a 30 day return period and thus if you are not happy for any reason just let us know and once the item is received back to us in the exact same condition it was sent to you, we will give you a full refund subject to terms and conditions.

Damaged Purchase

Unfortunately, items may become damaged in transit, and we encourage you to contact us straight away. We will help establish the issue was a none fault and allow you to send the item back to us with the damaged packaging and notification of the acknowledged damage from the courier. We will do the rest for you and refund you upon receiving the item back. Please note the refund may take slightly longer due to an investigation being carried out with the courier, please allow a reasonable time from for Level Up Gaming to process a refund.

6 months warranty

We are proud to offer a 6-month warranty period with some exception’s details below.

  • Physically damaged products can only be claimed if Level Up Gaming has sent a physically damaged product to you, or the courier has damaged the product when first being delivered.
  • We will not accept products with liquid damage.
  • The warranty will be void if the item has been modified or jailbroken.
  • If the original covers on the device are missing, this includes battery covers, ports and caps or toggles etc.
  • We do not offer warranty of Level Up Gaming apparel. Please see terms of agreement when purchasing Level Up Gaming apparel.
  • We have a strict data protection policy which allows us to reject any product with customer data. We do not purchase any product with retained customer data. Thus, we encourage customers to remove all personal data as Level Up Gaming will not be responsible for loss of data. This regulation also adheres to products being sent back to us.
  • If fault arises within the first 30 days of purchasing the product Level Up Gaming will refund the same purchase amount to the same payment method the customer used to purchase the product.
  • If fault arises after the first 30 days within the 6 months of purchasing the product, Level Up Gaming will accept a return pending a test confirms the fault. After confirming the fault, a replacement will be given to you. If no fault is found, the original product will be given back to you. However, if another confirmed fault develops with the same product, Level Up Gaming will adhere to the terms of agreement and refund the same amount paid with the same payment method which was used to purchase the product.
  • All returns sent to Level Up Gaming under valid warranty are sort under a contractual agreement between the customer and the courier. Level Up Gaming does not take responsibility for loss of returns in transit. All associated risk of losing or items becoming damaged in transit are with the customer. Level Up Gaming will take responsibility of returns once received.
  • Level Up Gaming does not offer warranty of products with accidental damage including liquid damage, physical damage by accident, abuse, misuse, modification, incorrect power supply being used, interference from other devices, jailbreaking, or attempted repairs by any other party other than Level Up Gaming or approved technicians.
  • Level Up Gaming will adhere to its terms and conditions of offering a full refund if no replacement or repair can be made. However, this is subject to allowing Level Up Gaming to attempt a repair or source a replacement within the warranty period. The refund period will be within 7 days from the date the confirmation is sent which entitles the customer to a refund.

Goods not received

If the items are not received within 14 days from the dispatch date, please inform Level Up Gaming via the contact form. Delivery days exclude Sunday’s, bank, and public holidays.

Incorrect item received

If the incorrect items are received it is obligatory to inform Level Up Gaming via the contact form. We will allow a 10-working day period to inform us. Delivery days exclude Sunday’s, bank, and public holidays. All incorrect orders will have to be sent back to us and once confirmed and retested, Level Up Gaming will send the original product or offer a full refund to the original payment method if a replacement cannot be sourced.
