Although we do recommend selling your items as soon as possible, we understand you have a busy schedule and other commitments. We, therefore, allow you to book your collection 2 weeks ahead of schedule. We will promise to pay you the price offered regardless of how the market changes.
If you notice you have been incorrectly quoted for the wrong product, please do contact our customer support team. And not to worry, this will be confirmed at the point of collection, so you will receive a quote for the exact product. Furthermore, our trained drivers will make any adjustments if there are any deemed necessary. We will also send you images of the product a few minutes after the deal, ensuring you know exactly what has been sold.
We remove any external hard drives from all devices and factory reset them prior to testing, following government guidelines on data protection. However, please do contact our customer support team for further assistance.
