General Acceptance Requirements for All Electronics:
• Items must be in good working condition.• Items must be clean, free from excessive wear, and well-maintained.• Sound must be functional.• Screens should be free from cracks, dead pixels, and major scratches.• Accessories and components (cables, controllers, chargers) should be included where
applicable.
• Items must not be modified, tampered with, or have any physical damage affecting
functionality.
• The customer must accurately describe the condition of the items during the selling process.
• Items should not have a strong or unpleasant odor.• Items must not have damaged or cracked casing.• Items must not have missing or irreparably damaged components.• Items must not have damage to grills or vents.• Items must not have any residue from food or beverages.• Items must not have sticky residue or substances around the product.• Items must not have any signs of water damage or exposure.• Items must not have significant scratches, dents, or other cosmetic defects.• Items must not be excessively dirty or require extensive cleaning.• The customer must verify that the items meet the specific requirements for each category
(consoles, accessories, discs) below.
Consoles Acceptance Requirements:
• Consoles must power on and function properly.• Controllers, power cables, and other included accessories must be in good condition and
functional.
• Cosmetic condition should be reasonable with minor wear and tear.• Sound must be functional.
Gaming Accessories Acceptance Requirements:
• Accessories must be fully functional.• Items must not have significant cosmetic damage or missing parts.• Any cables, connectors, or attachments must be intact and operational.
Gaming Discs Acceptance Requirements:
• Discs must be in good condition without deep scratches, cracks, or excessive wear.• Original case or packaging should be included and in decent condition, but we do purchase
gaming discs without the case.
• Discs should not have any sticky residue, labels, or other damage that affects playability.
• Any included manuals or inserts should be intact and in good condition.
Faulty Stock:
• We may accept certain faulty items, but their conditions will be assessed on a case-by-case
basis.
• Customers should accurately describe the faults and provide relevant details.We understand that accurately describing the condition of your items can be challenging. That's
why we offer grading options to assist you in providing an accurate description when selling
your electronics to Level Up Gaming. Please see below.
Grade: A
• The console has full functionality, all ports are free of corrosion and liquid damage.• The console is not modified in any way, not jailbroken, adapted, or banned.• Controller included is genuine with light signs of use.• Power supply is genuine and fully functional.There are less than 3 scuffs around the console with minimal signs of use.
Grade: B
• The console has full functionality, all ports are free of corrosion and liquid damage.• The console is not modified in any way, not jailbroken, adapted, or banned.• There are signs of deep scratches and some noticeable wear around the casing of the console.

Grade: Faulty
Consoles can be damaged in a few ways. If the console has complete internal and external parts
and not snapped in half, we will more than likely purchase this from you and recycle this.

Preparing your items for collection with Level Up Gaming is easy and convenient. Follow these steps to ensure a seamless and efficient pickup process:
Packaging: Use our driver's cardboard boxes or your own sturdy boxes to pack your items securely. Group similar items together for easier sorting.
Health and Safety: To reduce the risk of theft, ensure that your collection area is well-lit and visible. If possible, have a friend or family member present during the pickup. Avoid displaying valuable items near windows or entrances.
Age Requirements: Please note that customers must meet the minimum age requirement to sell items to Level Up Gaming. Ensure that you meet the age criteria before proceeding with the collection.
Booking Creator's Presence: If you are not the one who created the booking, please ensure that the person who made the booking is present during the collection. If there's a specific arrangement, make sure it's communicated to the driver.
Driver Arrival: Anticipate the driver's arrival at the scheduled time. The driver will carefully inspect the items you've prepared and compare them with the description provided during the booking.
Item Inspection: The driver will inspect each item to ensure they match the description and meet our acceptance criteria. Any discrepancies or issues will be noted.
Image Capture: Using our driver application, the driver will capture images of the collected items. This step is essential for documentation and verification purposes.
Checklist Completion: The driver will follow a checklist on the app to ensure all required steps are completed. This includes verifying items, taking images, and checking off important details.
Customer Signature: Once the inspection and checklist are complete, the driver will request your signature to confirm that the items have been collected as described.
Payment: Finally, the driver will initiate payment to the specified payment method provided during the booking. You'll receive a confirmation once the payment is processed.
